This machine adopts automatic control system with combination of mechanical, electrical and pneumatic control. It is applied for full auto successive printing on the roll tape materials by the theory of the screen printing .The labels are of thick ihk layer,strong covering capacity and good color reliability,it will be especially good when printing white colors on the black materials.We can offer different types of machines of 1-5 colors according to the consumers' demands. |
Performance advantages:
1. The control circuit system takes the advantage of Japan programmable controller (PLC) for simple, reliable and stable control on the circuit.
2.With CNC computerised control with drag system driven by servo motor control screen printing edition and adjusttable vacuum suction system on the printing units, the machine can greatly improve the printing precision. In addition, the machine is also equipped with blowing device.
3. For scrapping printing and work platform movement, with high precision linear guiding rail, the machine takes the advantage of in-service motor and alternate frequency control for reliable and safe operation.
4. Printing process and network edition fixing unit are adjustable for printing different area with different specifications.
5. With module design, the machine has a solid structure and proper layout for convenient operation. |

HY high speed rotary label printing press are used for high quality & large volume production.They can print on polyester satin,nylon,cotton tape,polyester,pvc ribbon,satin ,adhesive paper(roll),elastic,lace etc.HY-3B,HY-4B,HY-7B are able to print front and reverse sides in single pass with rewinding function.It is perfect for solid colour printing,small lettering,ink is distributed evenly on printing surface.Registration and printed colours are vivid.Printing quality is not affected by stretch of the materials.For large volumes printing capacity,this machine is suitable for industries of garments,shoes,toys,gloves,baggages etcs.Our company invented the VARIABLE INK TRANSMITTING MECHANISM SYSTEM(VITMS) for our machines.By applying one drop of ink onto the roller,it will be distributed evenly to large area.We had attained the copy right for this design.
The high speed rotary printing machine can print at the maximum speed of one metre per second for all kinds of patterns.Besides these advantages,HY-7B enjoys other functions as the followings:
1、7-colour printing on 2 sides at one time.Such as front 5 and back2 colours,or front 4 and back 3 colours,or 6 colours printing on one side at a time.
2、This machine adopts the automatic lubricating system,which make the machine extend its life and reduce the noise.
3、The circumference of printing cylinder is 400 mm.All cylinders and main parts of the machine can be changed with HY-2,HY-3B and HY-4B rotary printing machine.
